Terms and Conditions

1. A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of booking and must be sent with the completed booking form. The receipt of the deposit does not imply acceptance of a booking. A confirmation will be emailed or posted and it is not until we confirm acceptance of the booking in this manner that a contract comes into existence between us.
2. The balance of the monies is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the workshop. If you are booking within 4 weeks of the start date of the workshop, please send the payment in full. Should this payment fail to reach us by the date specified in our confirmation, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and retain the deposit.
3. We reserve the right to cancel any workshop. Should a cancellation become necessary, you will then have the choice of accepting the cancellation, taking an alternative workshop or withdrawing from the contract and accepting a refund of all monies paid to us.
4. If you cancel more then 90 days before the start date the any money you have paid to us is fully refundable, minus your deposit.
5. If you cancel between 90 and 45 days before the start date you will receive a 50% refund, minus your deposit
6. If you cancel 45 days or less before the start date there will be no refund. This also includes a request to change a date of your course. We may at our discretion allow a full transfer to another date without penalty.
7. If you wish to cancel your workshop please do so in writing. The date the letter is received will be used to determine whether a refund will be made.
8. It is a fundamental booking condition that you accept the hazards involved in visiting remote areas. We do not accept responsibility for personal injury during the course or any loss or damage of valuables, including camera equipment for the duration of the course. Course delegates should insure their own camera equipment. Course delegates should also organize their own travel insurance where required.
9. We reserve the right to change the schedule due to altered circumstances and conditions. We will make alternative arrangements as required but no refunds will be given for services that are not utilised as a result. The course tutor provided by us may vary dependent on course subject – we will always provide a tutor who is suited to run particular course.
10. We are unable to accept bookings from persons under 18 years old.
11. By signing the booking form, you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. The person signing the form does so on behalf of all the other individuals included on it, so that all are bound by the booking conditions.
